3. Purchase and Payment
Our apps are available as one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. Prices may vary by app and region.
4. Usage Limits
To ensure service quality for all users, our apps include daily usage limits for AI-powered features. These limits are applied per device and reset daily. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in temporary suspension of service.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our applications use artificial intelligence to generate results. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The results provided by our apps are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. This applies to all of our products, including but not limited to: pet breed identification, plant disease diagnosis, food nutrition analysis, medication identification, contract analysis, and home repair guidance. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated results.
6. Intellectual Property
Our apps and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos or content you submit through our apps.

You agree not to:
- Use our products for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our apps
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use our products to process content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Redistribute or resell our apps or their results for commercial purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain our apps' availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features require an internet connection and depend on third-party AI services that may experience downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to AI features for any user who violates these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the AI-powered features will immediately cease.
